GRADUATE SCHOOL APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP 1:
Fill out the Application Form. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
STEP 2:
Upload all the required documents listed in the link provided below.
Mandatory documents must be submitted. Additional requirements may be uploaded later.
STEP 3:
Click Submit and wait for the email and/or SMS confirmation of your application.
The automated message will include your login credentials, which you should keep for future access to your application portal.
STEP 4:
You may be invited for interviews (online or on-site) if further evaluation is needed.
Otherwise, you will receive the final result of your application via email and/or SMS.
Please ensure that you provide an active email address and mobile number.
STEP 5:
Additional instructions will be sent to you once your application result is released.

Copy of Transcript of Records of all completed degrees relevant to the program applied for*

Copy of Diploma / Certificate of Graduation of all completed degrees relevant to the program applied for*

Transfer Credential Certificate / Honorable Dismissal (for graduates of other schools within the Philippines)*

Copy of Birth Certificate / National ID / Household Register*

Copy of Passport Biopage* (required for foreign applicants)

Digital 2x2 color photo with a plain background

Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from previous school or employers, written by individuals with identifiable titles, positions, and relationship to the applicant

All documents originally written in another language must be submitted with a notarized English translation and Notarial Certificate.

Applicants must provide a valid English Proficiency Test Result (e.g., TOEFL, CBT, TEPS, IBT, IELTS) for non-English-speaking nationalities.

If English proficiency test results have expired or were not taken previously, the applicant may be referred to the RCT University English Proficiency Program for assessment.
